Viktorija received her BSc in Biotechnology from University of Zagreb (Croatia), where she also completed her Master's studies in Molecular Biotechnology. During her last year of studies she became a part of Double-degree programme which included secondment to France where she enrolled Master 2 in the field of Bioindustrial Techniques and Molecular Biology. This included a 5 month internship at the Center for Molecular Biophysics (CNRS, Orleans). Viktorija is working at RCSI, Ireland, on the project "Validation of the APOPTO-CELL modelling environment as a superior predictor of treatment responsiveness in newly diagnosed and recurrent GBM patients" under the supervision of Dr. Brona Murphy.
